The division advertises vacancies and collects and reviews all applications for state employment, while partnering with agencies to recruit qualified talent to fill preferred and executive service positions. The Recruiting division is particularly helpful to source, attract, and hire qualified talent for difficult to fill roles. As the State workforce needs continue to change, the division also supports agencies by focusing on positions with high turnover or succession gaps to increase efficient and effective workforce planning.
