How to Register
To enroll in any of the below classes or seminars, submit the registration form above with the appropriate fee. If you want to register for multiple classes or seminars you must submit a separate registration form for each.
Registration form(s) can be submitted one of the following ways:

All classes at the Fleming Training Center are from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm CST

Description / Services you will be permitted to provide:
Conventional Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems Installer Permit - Installing, altering, extending or repairing a conventional septic system (conventional and conventional substitute products).
Alternative Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems Installer Permit - Additional fee for each type of alternative system (LPP, mound, oxidation lagoon, ATS/SSD) you would like to be permitted to install, alter, extend or repair.

Once you have passed examination, permit applications can be found here: Septic Installer, Pumper and Land Disposal Permits.
This course and examination are provided free of charge at the Fleming Training Center. Therefore, a minimum of 5 students are required to provide this training.
If a class does not meet that threshold, students will be contacted to reschedule.
