Purchasing or Selling Installed Tanks
If you are selling your tanks you are required to submit the following form to the Division within 30 days of the transference of ownership:
You are also required to transfer all originals and/or copies of all documents that satisfy reporting and recordkeeping rules.
If a seller continues to receive invoices and/or receipts, the seller should contact the Division to resolve the question of current ownership.
If you are purchasing tanks you are required to submit one of the two forms below within 30 days of purchase:

If Seller form is not available you will need to submit the following form with the Bill of Sale, Property Deed, Warranty Deed, etc. to verify transference of ownership.
