2019 Exhibitor Information

"Great Networking" . . . "Excellent technical presentations"

That's why attendees return year after year to the Environmental Show of the South.  And attending as an Exhibitor is the best way for you to get all the benefits of attendance while promoting your organization!

Exhibitors are an extremely important part of our event. We know it, and so we make the Exhibit Hall our centerpiece and offer exhibitors a great package deal. Starting at just $550 (upgrade to a corner location for $625), exhibitor registration includes a 10' x 10' professionally draped booth space plus one full conference attendee registration (a $375 value) and three booth worker registrations at no additional cost (additional booth workers register for $85). That's four of your staff at the conference for FREE when you register to exhibit at the Show.

The Environmental Show of the South will be held May 15-17, 2019 at the Chattanooga Convention Center.

Everyone! Attendees represent all facets of government, private sector organizations, and the general public, and we had an attendance of over 1100 on site. The availability of a variety of professional development credits attracts professionals like landfill operators, engineers, attorneys, geologists, and hazardous materials managers. The event is planned so exhibitors can take advantage of the educational sessions as well. Breaks and social events are held in the Exhibit Hall to bring attendees to your booth.

Register early and you'll have the best chances of getting your top booth choice. Exhibitor registration is now open! Register online or if you have to mail a check use PDF form CN-1308.

The Exhibit Hall will be open all day May 15-16, so you should plan to arrive in Chattanooga by mid-day on Tuesday, May 14. Set up your booth between 2 and 9 pm, and then return in the morning by 7:30 am to get things started. The Exhibit Hall opens to host breakfast at 8 am and stays open through the evening Welcome Reception, which ends around 6 pm. On May 16, it opens at breakfast and closes after the ice cream social, around 3:45 pm. That's when you can tear down your booth. But remember the technical sessions don't conclude until Friday morning, May 17, around 11 am. And you'll want to stick around because we're planning another Region 4 Panel discussion! When planning your Tuesday travel times, bear in mind that Tuesday evening will also feature the TN Aquarium Welcome Reception where you can network without feeling tied to your booth - it does overlap with exhibit hall set up though, so get to Chattanooga early enough to do both!

Present—Submit an abstract for a technical session presentation. Speakers capture the undivided attention of 50-200 professionals for 40 minutes straight. Tell attendees to find you at your booth for some one on one conversation.

Sponsor—Highlight your brand by sponsoring part of the conference. Your logo will be added to the exhibitor directory to make your listing pop out and will be featured at the front of the program—plus you receive other benefits dependent upon your contribution. If you sponsor a lunch, for example, tent cards featuring your logo will be placed at the buffet and on every table, in addition to the signs at the entrance to the main hall. You may also share your literature or materials on tables. Interested? Call 615-532-0788 to discuss.
