Environmental Education at Home

Check back for regular updates!

On this page you will find free educational materials for learners of all ages highlighting environmental topics developed by TDEC, as well as links to educational materials focused on the environment and related topics developed by our partners and other organizations. OPSP has gathered these resources in an attempt to help parents, teachers, and students learn about the environment!

TN State Parks have devoted time and resources to developing virtual interpretation videos, hiking and landscape tours, as well as historical and educational programming for Tennesseans. Below is a resource table that provides each participating State Park’s Facebook page link as well as what type of virtual resources they offer. They also have their own interpretation YouTube page that is an excellent resource as well for nature and wildlife lessons. Please enjoy a sampling of a few of our favorite interpretation videos below, and be sure to let the parks know how much you appreciate their effort by liking and commenting on their videos!
