The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) is proposing to renew or establish 17 General Aquatic Resource Alteration Permits (ARAPs) that authorize alterations for various similar categories of activities that do not result in permanent loss of resource values and will have no more than de minimis impacts to water quality.
The department will hold an informational session prior to the public hearing.
TDEC will be soliciting comments on the proposed General ARAPs through March 2, 2020.
