Environmental Show of the South

That's why attendees return year after year to the Environmental Show of the South.  And attending as an Exhibitor is the best way for you to get all the benefits of attendance while promoting your organization!

Exhibitors are an extremely important part of our event. We know it, and so we make the Exhibit Hall our centerpiece and offer exhibitors a great package deal: your 10' x 10' professionally draped booth space costs just $550 ($625 if you choose a corner location) and includes one full conference attendee registration (a $350 value) and three additional booth worker registrations at no additional cost. That's four of your staff at the conference for FREE.

The Environmental Show of the South will be held May 16-18, 2018 at the Chattanooga Convention Center.  
Registration will be available in October 2017.

Who else will be there?

Everyone! Attendees represent all facets of government, private sector organizations, and the general public, and we had an attendance of over 1100 on site. The availability of a variety of professional development credits attracts professionals like landfill operators, engineers, attorneys, geologists, and hazardous materials managers. The event is planned so exhibitors can take advantage of the educational sessions as well. Breaks and social events are held in the Exhibit Hall to bring attendees to your booth.

Where will they find you?

Register early and you'll have the best chances of getting your top booth choice. Exhibitor registration will open in October 2017.

When do you need to be there?

The Exhibit Hall will be open all day May 16-17, so you should plan to arrive in Chattanooga by mid-day on Tuesday, May 15. Set up your booth between 1 and 9 pm, and then return in the morning by 7:30 am to get things started. The Exhibit Hall opens to host breakfast and stays open through the evening Welcome Reception, which ends around 6 pm. On May 17, it opens at breakfast and closes after the ice cream social, around 3:30 pm. That's when you can tear down your booth. But if you are registered as a full conference attendee and pursuing professional development, remember the technical sessions don't conclude until Friday morning, May 18, around 11 am.

Looking to increase your visibility?

Present—Submit an abstract for a technical session presentation. Speakers capture the undivided attention of 50-200 professionals for 40 minutes straight. Tell attendees to find you at your booth for some one on one conversation.

Sponsor—Highlight your brand by sponsoring part of the conference. Your logo will be added to the exhibitor directory to make your listing pop out and will be featured at the front of the program—plus you receive other benefits dependent upon your contribution. If you sponsor a lunch, for example, tent cards featuring your logo will be placed at the buffet and on every table, in addition to the signs at the entrance to the main hall.
