IEA Information for Tutors

Account holders may use IEA funding for tutoring services provided by an individual tutor or a tutoring organization that meet the requirements outlined in Chapter 6 of the 2023-24 IEA Account Holder Handbook. Tutors cannot apply directly to the department to participate in the IEA Program. Instead, account holders must submit the credentials of the tutor to the department following the procedures outlined in the handbook and receive pre-approval before using IEA funds to pay for tutoring services.
