The 2020 Partners in Education (PIE) Conference will be held Jan. 27-30, 2020 at the Music City Center in Nashville. The theme of this year’s conference is “Stronger Together” which includes the focus areas of: multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) academics and non-academics, early childhood, postsecondary readiness for students with disabilities, special education: a continuum of service, accountability and compliance in special education, increasing access to core instruction, culturally inclusive practices, early literacy, and gifted services and programming.

The 2020 PIE Pre-conference, Passport to the Future, will be held Mon., Jan. 27. The Tennessee Department of Education has partnered with Transition Tennessee to highlight evidence-based practices that prepare students with disabilities to be successful in postsecondary education, employment, and independent living.
