2020 Tennessee Educator Survey

The Tennessee Educator Survey allows the department of education to collect annual feedback from the educators we serve, and provides valuable information on what's working, what's not, and where we can improve. Over 45,000 educators participated in last year’s survey. Results were shared via the 2019 survey report and the survey results website, which allows users to review state, district, and school level results in greater depth.

The 2020 survey is now open. We sent personalized survey links to all teachers, administrators, and certified staff that are listed in the Tennessee Education Information System database. Educators who have not received a survey invitation may access our troubleshooting portal and request that their link be resent to their preferred email address.

The survey will close on Friday, April 10. Schools with high school-wide participation rates by the end of the survey window become eligible for one of six staff appreciation grants of up to $5,500.
