Statewide Director of Incident Management Position
DIDD is seeking to fill the Statewide Director of Incident Management position.
This position will be stationed in Middle TN and will be located in downtown Nashville at the Central Office in Citizens Plaza.
Job responsibilities include oversight and supervision of Central Office Incident Management staff and the Clinical Investigator; attend and present prevention of harm topics at each quarterly IMC PFH meetings; track, trend and conduct root cause analysis in areas related to incident management and investigations in the HCBS waiver; provide leadership for the successful implementation of the Reportable Event Management system under the Employment and Community First (ECF) Choices to include tracking and trending and completing root cause analysis for Tier 1 and Tier 2 reportable events; producing comprehensive quarterly trending reports for submission to TennCare, comprehensive report writing, and statewide travel with occasional overnight stay.
Qualifications include professional experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, experience related to incident management, proficient in Microsoft Excel, excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of the DIDD provider manual and policies. This position will be filled with a person who has the ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner, possesses excellent verbal and written skills, the ability to organize and prioritize assignments, work independently and have flexibility in their work schedule.
