Jordan Allen, Deputy Commissioner of Program Operations

Jordan Allen’s career spans 25 years and within multiple states and service delivery systems. His experience includes roles ranging from Direct Supports to Executive leadership within both the private and public sectors. Throughout his career, Mr. Allen has been a champion of community inclusion, creating opportunities for people living with a disability to achieve Competitive and Integrated Employment outcomes, and has presided over Community Service, Job Development, and Supported Employment programs across multiple states. Mr. Allen currently brings this experience, innovative thinking, and leadership to the Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities where he serves as the Deputy Commissioner of Program Operations.
