How to Install Zoom

This conference will be using Zoom Webinars to broadcast sessions live.

For the best viewing experience, download Zoom to your device. If you cannot download software to your computer, you can view the session from your internet browser by clicking "Join from your browser" at the bottom of the webinar window.

After Zoom is downloaded, you do not need to sign or create an account. Simply click on the Zoom links found in the Session Hall and the Zoom application will launch.

If viewing sessions on-demand, Zoom will not be required. Each session is being recorded and temporarily posted to YouTube. These videos will also be accessed through the Session Hall.

Video cameras and microphones are not required. Questions will be handled via Zoom's Q&A feature or on the Communication Hub. Attendee video cameras will not be broadcasted during the sessions.

Test your connection. You can test Zoom on your computer prior to the session by going to

Be Early. You can join the meeting up to 15 minutes early. If you are new to Zoom, please join the session early to make sure any issues are resolved before the session starts.
