Site Description: Cropland and bottomland hardwood forests are intertwined within the 3,692 acres of Camden WMA.
Some grassy fields are present and likely good for sparrows. River front access with boat ramps provide views of expanses of water.
Wildlife to Watch: Cropland supports many deer and turkey when water levels are low.
In winter and during levels of high water on the Tennessee River, much of Camden WMA is flooded, providing ample habitat for waterfowl.
When water levels are low, but forests remain flooded, Rusty Blackbird habitat is ample and they may be found here.
