IMPORTANT: Closing times listed do not always reflect applicants will be accepted up to that time. It may be necessary to cease taking applicants earlier in order to complete processing by the end of the business day. For example: A Driver Services Center closing time may be listed as 5:00 p.m. but taking applicants may be stopped at 3:00 p.m. in order to process applicants by 5:00 p.m.

Directions

From I-81 (South)
Take the US-25E exit, EXIT 8, toward Morristown/White Pine. You will be traveling onto US-25E N/TN-32/Davy Crockett Pkwy toward Morristown/Cumberland Gap Park/US-25E N. You will go for approximately 6.5 miles and turn slight right onto ramp for a ¼ of a mile. Turn left onto E Morris Blvd and travel 1.09 miles. Turn right onto Liberty Hill Road, then right again onto Berkline Drive to enter parking lot for 1551 E MORRIS BLVD.

From the North (Grainger County)
You will be traveling onto US-25E N/TN-32/Davy Crockett Pkwy toward Morristown US-25E S. You will take Exit 2a. Turn left onto E Morris Blvd and travel 1.09 miles. Turn right onto Liberty Hill Road, then right again onto Berkline Drive to enter parking lot for 1551 E MORRIS BLVD.

From the West (Jefferson County)
Heading north on Highway 11E, Andrew Johnson Hwy, turn right onto West Morris Blvd. Continue on Morris Blvd for three (3) miles. Turn left onto Liberty Hill Road, then right again onto Berkline Drive to enter parking lot for 1551 E MORRIS BLVD.

From the East (Hawkins County)
Heading west on US Hwy 11E South, Andrew Johnson Hwy, turn left onto East Morris Blvd. Continue on East Morris Blvd for 4.9 miles. Turn right onto Liberty Hill Road, then right again onto Berkline Drive to enter parking lot for 1551 E MORRIS BLVD.
