Peer Wellness Initiative

My Health, My Choice, My Life is a health and wellness initiative for Tennesseans who are 18 and older with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. Members of My Health, My Choice, My Life have peer wellness coaches who lead self-management workshops, provide one-on-one wellness coaching, and promote healthy behaviors such as physical activity and healthy eating.
