Legal Needs Surveys
The Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability (TCAD), with a grant from the Administration for Community Living (ACL), is conducting two surveys to learn more about the legal needs of seniors in the state. Your responses will assist the Commission and its partners in developing recommendations for creating and delivering appropriate low- and no-cost legal services to seniors. Individual responses will remain confidential and results will only be reported in the collected results.
Participation in these surveys is voluntary. You may stop participation at any time and choose not to answer any question on the survey.
If you have any questions, please contact Laura Brown at the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability at firstname.lastname@example.org or 615-253-4392.
