      PARTNERING RETURNING CITIZENS WITH FAITH-BASED MENTORS

      JOHNSON CITY – The Tennessee Department of Correction will host a reception for the Take One program on Tuesday, October 24, 2017. Take One pairs offenders nearing release from prison with faith-based and nonprofit organizations and encourages each organization to mentor one offender with an additional layer of support to help them overcome barriers to successful reentry and become productive citizens.
