National Book Festival
The 13th annual Library of Congress National Book Festival will be held on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Sunday, Sept. 22 from noon to 5:30 p.m., rain or shine. The event is free and open to the public.
The Pavilion of the States, sponsored by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, salutes the literary traditions of the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. territories. On Saturday, Sept. 22nd, the Tennessee State Library and Archives will have representatives on hand at the Tennessee Table in the pavilion to help provide visitors with information about Tennessee’s rich history and literary heritage.
