• CLEP - $25 per exam

• Challenge exam - $60 for 3 hour course and $15 for each additional hour
• DSST - $34.50
• Portfolio assessment (undergraduate) - $90 deposit and $30 per credit hour
• Portfolio assessment (graduate) - $150 deposit and $50 per credit hour
• All other forms of PLA - No fee

How do CLEP tests appear on a student's transcript?
CLEP credit is noted on the University of Memphis student record as CLEP credit. It appears on the printed transcript similar to transfer work from another institution.
