Health Care Finance and Administration
Health Care Finance and Administration or HCFA is a state agency that oversees all of the health care related divisions within the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration. HCFA includes the Bureau of TennCare, the Exchange Planning Initiative, the Office of eHealth, the Division of Health Planning and all of the Cover Tennessee Programs - CoverKids, CoverTN, AccessTN, and CoverRx. HCFA is headed up by Deputy Commissioner Darin Gordon.
