The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will host a public meeting to gather additional feedback, and review information learned in meetings hosted along the I-65 Corridor last fall.  The meeting will be held at the following time, date and location:

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has authorized TDOT to conduct a corridor feasibility study of Interstate 65 – 120.16 miles from Alabama state line to Kentucky state line. The study will investigate a range of multimodal solutions to address current and future travel demands, with emphasis on managing congestion, improving safety, maximizing the potential for freight diversion and preserving/enhancing the economic benefits. 

The meetings are being held to provide the public an opportunity to provide additional comments regarding this corridor. Representatives of TDOT will be available to provide information on various aspects of this study.  Anyone with questions regarding the meeting should contact:

A court reporter will be available to receive oral statements to be included in the study transcript.  In addition, comment sheets will be available for those who prefer to make written statements.  Written statements to be included in the study transcript may be submitted within twenty-one (21) days after the meeting date to the following address:
