Josh Suddath is the Manager of the Office of Community Transportation within TDOT’s Long Range Planning Division. Josh’s background has provided him with an in depth understanding of the issues and challenges facing local governments in the State of Tennessee, from land-use to budget and finance.  Josh is a native West Tennessean, and is a graduate of East Tennessee State University, where he received a Master’s Degree in Planning and Development.  Prior to joining TDOT in 2016, Josh worked for 6 years in local government as Assistant Town Administrator for the Town of Collierville, Tennessee.  Josh is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and enjoys gardening and hiking. He lives in Sumner County with his wife Rachel and their two dogs, Earle and Dolly.

Troy came to TDOT from the Kingsport Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization where he served as the MPO Coordinator for almost four years. Prior to transportation planning, he served 7 years for the State Local Planning Assistance Office, the First Tennessee Development District, and Washington County TN as a Principal Land Use Planner. Troy is a graduate of East Tennessee State University where he works closely with developing new planners through their internship programs. He also serves as the Director for the State of Franklin section of the Tennessee American Planning Association. Troy enjoys camping with his wife Tabitha and three children. He also enjoys coaching his kid’s baseball and football teams.

Jerome is a graduate of The University of West Georgia with a BS in Political Science, concentrating in Urban and Regional Planning and Geospatial Systems. Jerome spent two years interning with the City of Powder Springs Community Development Department and Friends of the Carrollton Greenbelt, where he occupied roles related to planning and visioning. Prior to coming on board with TDOT, Jerome worked through CAC Americorps as Knox County’s Parks and Recreations Assistant Coordinator for one year.

Michelle is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a BS in Geography and a Masters of Science in Geosciences with a concentration in Geospatial Analysis.  Prior to joining TDOT, Michelle interned for one year with the Kingsport Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization (MTPO), completing two feasibility studies for the proposed Reedy Creek Trail and extensions to the Kingsport Greenbelt, providing geospatial analysis for grant applications, and creating web maps for the  MTPO and City of Kingsport.

Stacy possesses over 12 years of planning experience, having served as the Municipal Land-Use Manager for the City of Chattanooga and as Regional Director of Planning for the State of Tennessee. Stacy is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's in Public Administration and a minor in Economics. He also holds other professional memberships and certifications related to planning.

Sara has a diverse background including GIS, archaeology, and environmental consulting. She has a BS in Geography from Jacksonville State University and an MA in Anthropology from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining TDOT, Sara worked four years as an environmental consultant and archaeologist on multiple transportation projects in Utah and the intermountain west. In addition, Sara worked for over two years as a quality assurance cartographer at Intergraph in Huntsville, AL.  Sara enjoys traveling and hiking and is involved in a trail mapping initiative in Chattanooga.

Kwabena Aboagye, known as KB, graduated from Ohio State University with a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning. Prior to joining TDOT OCT, KB worked as a Planner for TDOT's Division of Multimodal Transportation Resources, with responsibility for managing the federal grant program for metropolitan and statewide planning. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Applied Sciences-Berlin, Germany.

Jonathan is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BS in Geosciences, concentrating in Geography/GIS with a double minor of History and Political Science. Jonathan spent five years as a public school teacher in Tennessee before obtaining his Masters in City and Regional Planning from the Knowlton School of Architecture at Ohio State University. Prior to joining TDOT, Jonathan worked in land-use planning for the City of Dublin, OH, and for the Metro Nashville Parks & Recreation Department.

Joren is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a double major in Geography and Community and Regional Planning.  He has a Masters degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Urban and Regional Planning. Prior to working for TDOT, Joren worked for Parsons Corporation as a Military Planner for two years, and then as a City Planner for the City of Lebanon, TN, for four years.

Calvin has over 13 years of experience in Urban Planning and Community Development. He has earned his BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an MPA specializing in Urban Planning and Community Development also from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to joining TDOT, Calvin worked as a Principal Planner for the Office of Planning and Development in Shelby County Tennessee. In addition Calvin worked for approximately two years at FEMA within the ESF-14 (Disaster and recovery planning) as the Central Task Team Supervisor and several years as a Principal Transportation Planner working for the Cities of Alexandria, VA and Arlington, VA. Calvin enjoys spending time with his family and an active life that includes riding his road bike.

Antoine is a graduate of Alabama A&M University with a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, with a concentration in Transportation Planning. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Morehouse College. Prior to joining TDOT, Antoine worked for the Georgia Department of Transportation as a Transportation Specialist, where he managed the Small Urbanized Area Grant Program. He also worked for the City of Memphis as Municipal Planner, providing data analysis for the citywide comprehensive planning process. Antoine enjoys family and traveling.

Prior to joining TDOT, Nicole worked for the Institute of Public Administration’s Planning Services Group and interned with Wisler Pearlstine, LLP and the City of Newark, Delaware’s Planning & Development Department.
