Tennessee Blue Book Now Available Online

The 2009-2010 Tennessee Blue Book, the definitive source for information about state government and history, is now available online. The Blue Book can be accessed by visiting http://state.tn.us/sos/bluebook/index.htm "I am pleased the Tennessee Blue Book is now available online for all Tennesseans," Secretary of State Tre Hargett said. Pending Rules and Regulations RSS Feed Now Available

The Tennessee Department of State has added a new tool to its web site to make it easier for people to track pending rules and regulations issued by the state's regulatory agencies. It's now possible to get updates on pending rules and regulations by subscribing to the Pending Rules and Regulations RSS Feed. This new tool complements the current Pending Rules and Regulations Online Database. The web site has previously offered the RSS feed for rules and regulations that have recently gone into effect. However, the new service allows citizens to stay updated on rules that have been filed with the Secretary. This can be helpful, for example, to give business owners advance notice of pending rules. Tennesseans will now be able to better plan to make sure they're doing what is necessary to remain in compliance to the regulations affecting their industries. 106th General Assembly Acts and Resolutions Posted on Web Site
