Nashville, Tennessee --- Tennessee Department of Safety Commissioner David Mitchell, Colonel Mike Walker, Senator Doug Jackson (D-Dickson) and Representative David Shepard (D-Dickson) will be dedicating part of Interstate 40 in Dickson and Williamson Counties in honor of late Troopers Todd M. Larkins and Samuel F. Holcomb. The dedication ceremony will be held Monday, September 17, 2007, at 11 a.m. at the Renaissance Center in Dickson, TN.

Both Troopers were killed in the line of duty when they were struck by passing vehicles as they conducted roadside stops.
