15th Annual Operation Stand Down Event

Nashville, Tennessee --- Members of the Tennessee Department of Safety will participate this weekend in the 15th Annual Operation Stand Down Event to benefit homeless veterans.  The event is scheduled at the Tennessee State Guard Facility on the grounds of the old Tennessee Preparatory School.  The annual outreach benefits homeless veterans with information regarding jobs, housing, social services and legal matters.

                (Behind Department of Safety Headquarters campus, 1150 Foster Avenue)

The TDOS Financial Responsibility Division is part of the Legal Group that, among other assistance, provides information regarding requirements for driver license reinstatement, reinstatement fee payment plans, and general driver license questions.   This is the 15th year TDOS has participated in Operation Stand Down.
