Customers in the Chattanooga area who must visit a driver license station today may seek services at the Cleveland/Bradley County or Jasper/Marion County Driver License Testing Centers. Additional staff is on hand at both sites today in anticipation of increased customers.
Customers who were in line at the Chattanooga/Bonny Oaks Driver License Center yesterday but were unable to complete their transaction due to the power outage will be given priority when they return for service today.
Due to the anticipated increase of customers at the Cleveland and Jasper sites, citizens who are seeking only a renewal to their license are encouraged to renew online without waiting by going to the department's website at www.tn.gov/safety.
