Reinstatement Centers

The Department of Safety and Homeland Security provides a variety of convenient ways to reinstate your driving privileges: online, in person at driver service centers across the state, or by mail.

In-person reinstatements are NO LONGER processed at 1150 Foster Avenue in Nashville. Please see the nearest Driver License Reinstatement Center below for reinstatement purposes.

Online

Use the internet for the quickest reinstatement method available. If eligible to reinstate online, a driver must know his/her Tennessee driver license number and the last name as it appears on the driver license. Additionally, online reinstatement requires a valid credit/debit card for payment.
