Titling an Off-road Vehicle

Under certain circumstances, the owner may apply for a certificate of title; however, Tennessee statute does not currently provide for the registration of off-the-road vehicles of any nature, and as such, vehicles of this nature cannot be operated on roadways and highways of Tennessee.
