After Oct. 1, 2013, all sales and use tax returns and associated payments must be submitted electronically.

Electronic filing of sales tax is available on the Tennessee Taxpayer Access Point (TNTAP).

TNTAP is a new website. Click “Don’t have a logon? Create one”. You can use the same username and password that you previously used to file sales tax, however you will need to recreate your logon information.

Please note: penalty will not be NOT  be assessed on February 2017 returns filed and paid after the due date provided they are filed by the end of March. Sales and use tax returns may also be filed and paid through TNTAP  without logging in. Click here  for instructions.
