| Description |
This F.T.O. course is intended for new Police Field Training Officers. The course is designed to assist new Field Training Officers in training new police officers by using Adult Learning Principles and Problem Based Learning Scenarios. It is also designed to teach new Field Training Officers how to keep proper documentation on each new police officer they train through Daily Observation Reports. Ultimately, this course will make new Field Training Officers more capable and confident when training new police officers. Child Sex Abuse and Emergency Vehicle Training will be included in this school. |
