Description This program will address the issues of Emergency Vehicle Operations in law enforcement.  The class will concentrate on vehicle dynamics, liability, and pursuit management of emergency and non-emergency vehicles.  Additionally, the class will cover various ways to teach and work with individual officers in a driver training/in-service program.  Each officer attending will be required to pass the written exam and pass the precision EVO course in a specified time.
Fee

State Officers – $300

County & Local Officers  – $250

Length 40 hours
Prerequisites A minimum of five (5) years law enforcement experience and completion of the Instructor Development program are required of the officers who enroll in this course.
