Roosevelt Noble, center, is shown with two participants at the Felony Friendly Job Fair held in Nashville on April 23. Around 3,000 attended the event, which offered information to better assist individuals with a prior felony to become gainfully employed. Noble is Director of Eligible Training Providers and is the Re-Entry Program Coordinator in the Division of Workforce Development.
