Where do I get the Payday Notice?
We do not provide these posters. As stated below in Tennessee law, these posters can be easily created for your workplace.
The Wage Regulation Act T.C.A 50-2-103 (d) Every employer shall establish and maintain regular paydays as herein provided, and shall post and maintain notices, printed or written in plain type or script, in at least two (2) conspicuous places where such notices can be seen by the employees as they go to and from work, setting forth the regular pay day as above prescribed.
My company is very small and only has a few employees. Am I still required to have these posters?
Yes.Companies with 2 or more employees are required to have state and federal posters.This also applies to non-profit and family-owned businesses.
A company has contacted me trying to sell posters.Should I buy one from them?That is up to you.Our posters are always free of charge.
A company has contacted me every year and says your posters have been updated and I need to buy theirs. What should I do?

A company has contacted me and says I need the updated Sexual Harassment Poster. Where can I get that?
The Tennessee Department of Labor, Tennessee Human Rights Commission and the Federal EEOC not require a poster with that title.Sexual harassment is addressed in the “Equal Opportunity is THE LAW” poster available on the federal site.
Can I get the “all in one” poster from you?
Currently we only offer free individual posters for download.They are not laminated and our office distributes the same posters that are available for downloading above.
The TN Child Labor Poster and the TOSHA Safety and Health posters don’t print on one page.Is there something wrong?
No.Those posters are taped in the center to create one poster.
