WEST TENNESSEE CAREER CENTER IN CAMDEN EXPANDS SERVICES
One-stop location better serves community

NASHVILLE - Benton County job seekers now have a better opportunity to find a job. The West Tennessee Career Center at Camden has increased the days they will be open to better serve the community. The center, previously only open on Wednesdays, offers assistance for both job seekers and employers five days a week. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

"Due to recent job losses in Benton County, I felt we needed to provide extended hours of service to the job seekers in those areas," said Labor Commissioner James Neeley. "With the Camden location now being open all week long with an emphasis on job service, we know this will allow us to help the community and put people back to work."

The West Tennessee Career Center at Camden is located at 113 Forrest Avenue South. The phone number is (731) 584-6058, contact Leanne Pritchard. Workforce Investment Act services will also be provided. The WIA contact person is Connie Wright.
