“We want everyone in the Nashville area who is looking for employment to join us on March 28th,” said Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development Commissioner James Neeley. “It shows how government and industry are working together to provide quality services for Tennessee employers and workers.”

The free event offers candidates the opportunity to interview with top companies, as well as attend free career-management seminars and receive free résumé critiques. Top employers in a range of industries will attend including Dell, AmSouth Bank, BellSouth and St. Thomas Health Services.

“This is an opportunity for job seekers in the Nashville metro area to market their skills to local employers,” said Heather Vincent, of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. “We encourage all qualified candidates to use this opportunity to become part of Nashville’s workforce.”

The job fair is open to the general public and is free to job-seekers. Employers interested in learning more about recruiting at Project Paycheck should visit the event website at www.projectpaycheck.com.
