JOB SERVICE NOW AVAILABLE IN GAINESBORO
STATE INTERVIEWER WILL BE IN OFFICE ONE DAY A WEEK

NASHVILLE - Job seekers and employers in the Gainesboro area will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about employment services at the Jackson County Career Center every Wednesday, starting March 3.

Gene Smith, an interviewer with the Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development, will be at the Career Center from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. He will provide Job Service and unemployment benefits assistance for applicants.

Smith has been assigned to the Overton County Career Center in Livingston three days a week. With his move to Gainesboro on Wednesdays, his services will only be available on Mondays and Fridays at the Livingston center.
