MANUFACTURING SCIENCES CORPORATION TO RECEIVE WORKPLACE SAFETY AWARD

NASHVILLE — Manufacturing Sciences Corporation in Oak Ridge will receive recertification for the Volunteer STAR (Safety Through Accountability and Recognition) award on Wednesday, August 16, at 12:00 noon (EDT). The ceremony will take place at the facility located at 804 S. Illinois Avenue in Oak Ridge. Manufacturing Sciences manufactures various products from depleted uranium for medical military, and other applications. The company received the STAR award twice previously – in 2000 and 2003.
