Firestone Industrial Products to Receive
Governor’s Safety Award

NASHVILLE — Firestone Industrial Products Company will receive the Governor’s Award of Excellence for Workplace Safety and Health on Thursday, June 23, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. (CST). The ceremony will take place at the facility located at 1901 Sylvan Road in Dyersburg. The Governor’s Award honors Tennessee employers and employees who meet a required number of hours during a calendar year without workplace injuries serious enough to cause an employee to miss a day of work or restrict his normal job activities. The number of hours required is based on the size of the company.
