 DENSO MANUFACTURING TO RECEIVE WORKPLACE SAFETY AWARD

NASHVILLE – Denso Manufacturing will receive the Volunteer STAR Award for Workplace Safety and Health on Tuesday, January 17, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. (CST). The ceremony will take place at the facility located at 2400 Denso Drive in Athens. Denso employs 900 full-time employees, 150 temporary employees, and 20 contractors in the manufacture of hydraulic hose fittings. The Volunteer STAR Award is given to Tennessee employers whose employees work a certain number of hours without having an injury resulting in days away from work.
