Where do I go for UCX and what should I take with me to file a claim?
You must file your claim by phone by contacting the UI Claims Center if you live in one of the following counties. If you do not live in one of the counties listed above, you file your claim in the local unemployment office closest to your home. You should bring your original DD form 214, member #4, and two forms of identification, including your social security card. If you have not received your DD form 214, you may still report to file a claim.
I am receiving a pension from the military. How will that affect my benefits?
If your pension benefits are paid to you by the branch of the military, the pension is 100% deductible from your Unemployment Insurance benefits, as you did not contribute to the pension plan.
