	All information and verification about where the child lives, temporary absence, joint custody, etc. must be recorded in the eligibility and case management system. All extenuating circumstances and/or unusual situations must be fully explained and must include all information used by the caseworker/supervisor in making decisions about whether or not the child meets the Families First requirement to live with the caretaker/relative.
