I've lived across the street from that school for years, and I've never seen anything like this. A big tanker pulled up, and a shifty looking guy just left it there! Since I've joined Neighborhood Watch, I've learned that any suspicious activity warrants a call to the authorities.
Homeland security is everybody's concern, and I'm proud to be a part of Neighborhood Watch, protecting my home and my homeland.
