eProcurement Requisitions | This class covers the basics of how to create an ePro Requisition within the Edison system. It is an Entry-level course for Agency Requestors. ePro Requisitions are the starting points for Local Purchases, Contract Release Orders and the submitting of Purchase Requests to DGS Purchasing. The second half of the class covers how to create Sourcing Events and Purchase Orders to allow Agency Requestors to finish processing of certain types of Purchases within their agency limit. |

Sourcing Events | This class provides information on creating and using Sourcing Events within Edison. The first half of the class covers the creation of basic Sourcing Events with limited numbers of attachments and few Bidders. It is an Entry-level course for Agency Buyers. The second half of the class is for more advanced users, and covers more complex Sourcing Events with multiple attachments and Bidders. It also gives information on how to help Bidders use the Supplier Portal to complete the Bidding process. |
