The Office of P-16 Initiatives hosts a number of events throughout the school year to help build the college-going culture in schools and create knowledge around the college-going process. The Path to College events are designed to help schools to grow their college-going culture and build educational aspirations of high school students. The Path to College series consists of four events, each of which focuses on a critical part of the college-going process. Any secondary school, public or private, including elementary, middle, and high schools, can participate in the Path to College events. GEAR UP TN Collaboratives are encouraged to participate in National GEAR UP Week to encourage recognition and awareness of the GEAR UP program. Check back here in the summer for more information on the 2015 National GEAR UP Week.
