| Description |
This course is designed to teach the student the basics of safe driving of emergency response vehicles. The course is taught with the Volunteer Fire Insurance Services (VFIS) Emergency Vehicle Driver Training package. The course includes classroom instruction along with practical driver training exercises using the fire departments apparatus. An appropriate driver training area and fire apparatus must be provided by the fire department for the practical exercises. |
