| Description |
This course is designed to identify creative approaches to problems, create group problem solving
methods, quantify problems and solutions, and develop strategies to implement
change. Major topics include utilizing the environmental scanning process to identify
existing or potential organizational problems, analyzing the effect of paradigms on
creative problem identification, bench marking, barriers to creativity, quantifying
problems, cost-benefit, resistance to change, agents for change, and implementing change. |
