The Division of Health Planning has released the second annual State Healthcare Report Card. The report includes updates information on the incidence and treatment of diabetes and hypertension. This year, information on asthma has been added to the report card. The report card presents information about chronic illness at the county level, information that is not available anywhere else, thanks to the participation of major Tennessee insurance companies and TennCare.
