Federal, State, and community agencies/organizations
within Tennessee require production companies
to provide a certificate of insurance prior
to filming within their jurisdiction. The
production company must maintain a minimum
liability coverage of $1 million, naming
the agency/organization and its employees
as additional insureds. In some cases a
hold harmless clause is also required. For

When making a request to shoot on State Property please allow 2 weeks for paper work to be processed through the proper channels. All requests are approved or denied by the Department Commissioner. Locations are not to be considered "nailed down" until the contract has been signed by governing parties.
