Gloria is the Certification Program Administrative Secretary, and is responsible for the customer service functions of the Water and Wastewater Operator Certification Board.  She previously worked at the Fleming Training Center for 9 years and recently returned in September 2010. She has worked for the State of Tennessee for 23 years.

Sherry Messick, is the Certification Program Coordinator and is responsible for the administrative functions of the Water and Wastewater Operator Certification Board.  Specific responsibilities include Board support; review of applications for examination and reciprocity, the development and administration of certification exams, review of continuing education activities applications, and oversight of recordkeeping and fee handing for the certification program.  Sherry has a BS degree in Biology from MTSU and has been at the Fleming Training Center since May of 1993.  Her email address is Sherry.Messick@tn.gov.
